Safiya + Hamza were the cutest couple to photograph. They had a gorgeous Somali wedding here in Portland, OR. Love doing their Bridal photos! Somali Weddings last two days. So before the women’s night started we took a little trip to the outside of the hotel Venue and found some beautiful cherry blossom trees. Enjoy 🙂
I love the Spring! Being able to see all the trees blossoming and taking a walk outside with the kids is much needed after such long months of rain here in Portland, OR. Since moving, we’ve been able to do so many more things outside as a family. Because we are closer to town we’ve been able to explore new food places, ride our bikes & gone to several parks. Spring is a new season which means new wardrobe = new spring accessories. This past December we collaborated with Jord watches. And this spring we are AGAIN!! We love Jord and their high quality wooden watches. They are perfect for this Spring and their colors just scream fun!!

I loved photographing Abby & Hayes! They are the most caring and lovely couple. I was able to photograph their one of three of their receptions this one being here in Portland, Oregon. At their reception they had the best ice cream from Staccato Gelato and the Venue was at the beautiful Glenn & Viola Waters Cultural Arts Center.

About two weeks ago, Francisca and I met seriously one of the coolest families who run two amazing food blogs, Real Food by Dad & Bakers Royale. They came to the Oregon Coast and stayed in an amazing Airbnb, unfortunately they came on the last winter storm in Portland and had to go over the coastal range in the snow! I’m sure this is exactly what they were looking for in a trip to the beach 😉 Even with the bad weather, they had the best attitude and were so laid back and easy to work with!
We just purchased the Nikon Key Mission 360 which we are honestly in awe about. Unless you have the budget and time to run the 6 plus GoPros 360 rigs, this is in our opinion the best rig out there!
